Circus Monkeys??

Why, why is it that the monkeys have to get hurt while they are in the circus? They get dressed up like clowns and get waked in the butt if they misbehave, or if they even do the sliest routine wrong. Do you really think that it is right for that to happen? (On the left it shows what a baboons butt should really look like and on the right it shows what it looks like in the circus.)

I really don't understand why the monkeys must get hurt. I just wish that I knew how to help fix it, or even know how to stop it all together. Monkeys should NEVER e treated this way, or any other way to have them get hurt.
